·Product introduction
1. Variable-ratio transformer
Three-phase or single-phase autotransformer is a single coil transformer coil transformer. The winding is shares for primary and secondary. It has two type of ratio: fixed or adjustable. It can realize voltage stepping up or down. Compared with the general transformer with the same capacity, the autotransformer with the same capacity, the autotransformer with the same capacity, the autotransformer has the advantage of small size, simple structure and so on.
It is more suitable for the situation that the conversion ratio is close.
2. Isolation transformer
Three-phase or single-phase isolation transformer, it can not only change the voltage, but also isolate the electrical parts of input and output windings, to avoid hitting both the charged body (metal parts or insulation damage may be charged) at dangerous place. The isolation transformer has certain inhibitory effect of various kinds of interference.
·Service conditions
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall be not below - 15 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.

·Structural features
1. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, the surface is specially treated with protective resin, and full-inclined seam lamination structure is adopted.
2. The low-voltage coil is of foil winding structure made of high-quality steel foil. The high-voltage coil is of layer structure formed by vacuum epoxy casting technique. Low partial discharge in similar product catalog;
3.This model features high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, good dust-proof and anti-fouling performance. Its service life is longer than other dry transformer.
4. The product’s beautiful stainless steel shell is durable and can provide better protection for the electrified parts of the transformer. It works well outdoors.
5. With excellent moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant performance, the product is safe, fire-proof and pollution-free. It’s especially suitable for working in extremely harsh environmental conditions, and can restart without dry treatment after shutdown.
6. Good heat dissipation performance and strong overload capacity enables it operate with higher capacity when forced air cooling.
