Hengfengyou covers a wide range of Oil Filled Power Transformers with On Load Tap Changer (up to 2500 KVA in 11 KV & 33 KV Class) conforming to the international standards of quality and safety. These transformers are designed and developed using latest technologies and can be provided with a variety of terminations so as to suit the requirements for new installation or replacement.
Optimum efficiency is ensured by delicate proportioning of core and winding looses Electrolytic Grade pure copper, with Transposition in L.V. coil for current sharing in parallel Conductors, Electric grade press paper, boards and mineral oil. Thus better regulation is achieved resulting in longer life. Careful designing also reduces noise level to the minimum.

High-quality material
a. The three- phase oil-immersed Power Transformer applies new type insulating structure.
b. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon-steel plate 27ZH10.
c. All fasteners have been processed with special trearment to prevent them from loosening.
Oxygen-free copper lines of lower resistivity, which will become smoother and burr-free after series of additional surface treatment, so the load loss of our transformer is lower and the electric performance is better.
High-quality silicon-steel plates which are of lower unit loss, and the no-load of the transformers is lower.
High-quality wooden laminating insulation pieces, which won’t split or move even under the influence of short circuit.
Thoroughly filtrated transformer oil containing less water, gas and impurities, which makes our transformers work better.
High-quality rubber sealing material, which can prevent the transformers form aging or leakage.

·Service conditions
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.
