Our SC(B) series epoxy resin cast dry transformer is cast under vacuum with thin inssulating bands automatically. The core is made of high-permeable grain-orientated silicon sheet and cast with imported epoxy resin. Thanks to advanced technology, quality raw materials, scientific management, and perfect inspection means, our products have the following features: The coil is reinforced with glass fiber and cast under vacuum with filler epoxy resin. It has good mechanical properties, is free of crack and inner bubble and has low local discharge, high reliability, and long service life. The high and low-voltage systems are cast under vacuum, thus the coil will not absorb moisture, the clamps of core are subjected to corrosion-resistant treatment and it may run under high temperature or orther serious environments. Flame retardancy, explosion-proof and no environmental contamination. The insulating materials in the coil such as glass fiber are self-extinguishing and they will not generate toxic or harmful gas under high temperature.

Dry-type transformers are widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, docks CNC machinery and other places, simply that dry-type transformers refers to the core and the winding is not immersed in the insulating oil transformer.

Products details:

1. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, the surface is specially treated with protective resin, and full-inclined seam lamination structure is adopted.

2. The low-voltage coil is of foil winding structure made of high-quality steel foil. The high-voltage coil is of layer structure formed by vacuum epoxy casting technique. Transformers with this type of winding shows low partial discharge compared with similar product ;

3.This model features high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, good dust-proof and anti-fouling performance. Its service life is longer than another dry transformer.

Use condition:

1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall be not below - 15 ℃;

2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;

3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);

5. Places without gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;

6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
